	January 19, 2006 Orko Announces Over-Subscription of Non-Brokered Private Placement
	VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Orko Gold Corporation ("Orko" or the "Company") - Further to the Company's news release of January 13, 2006, the Company announces that it has over-subscribed the non-brokered portion of its private placement by $150,000. Accordingly, the non-brokered portion of the private placement has increased by 500,000 units from 3,333,333 units to 3,833,333 units for gross proceeds of $1,150,000. All other terms of the placement remain the same. The private placement is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
