News Release
 The Company announces that it has notified Skyharbour Resources Ltd. and Cypress Development Corp. that it will not be proceeding with its joint venture on the McKenzie Island Property located in the Red Lake District, Ontario, in order that it may focus its efforts on its newly acquired La Preciosa gold/silver project in the state of Durango, Mexico.
