Gary Cope, President of Orko, states; "We are extremely pleased to see that Pan American's ongoing drilling results continue to confirm those initially recorded by Orko and the earlier holes of Pan American. The presence of high grade intervals is also very encouraging for the project."

As of the beginning of April, Pan American has completed over 43,000 metres of diamond drilling on La Preciosa in 2009-2010. Combined with Orko's 2005-2008 drilling of 154,000 metres, the project is now approaching the 200,000 metre mark.

Results from Pan American's Phase-I and part of Phase-II were reported in news releases dated September 08 and October 21, 2009. The information below is in addition to these earlier news releases.

Multiple mineralized intercepts for the Martha Vein, plus the upper vein sets for 74 drill holes are included in Appendix "A" of this news release. In places, the Martha structure is geologically classified into an Upper, Middle and/or Lower Martha, with lower grade stringer zones in between. "Martha (Total)" is for the total structure, "Martha (Sup)" is for the Upper -- Superior part of Martha, "Martha (Med)" is for the Middle -- Medio part of Martha, and "Martha (Inf)" is for the Lower -- Inferior part of Martha. "NSI" is for No Significant Intercept and "TBA" is for results To Be Announced.

The delineation drilling results from the new holes are mainly located in the known Martha vein structure and were drilled at approximately 18 metre and 50 metre spacings in an area previously drilled by Orko at 100 metre spacing. This data again confirms Orko's previously reported results, and forms the basis of a geostatistical study, toward ultimate reserve definition. Phase-III diamond drilling is still underway.

In addition to diamond drilling, a ground magnetometer survey is being conducted along a northwestward projection of structures, with east-west oriented lines totaling 70 line-kilometres. Consulting engineers from Golder Associates have also been contracted to conduct geotechnical engineering.

Ben Whiting, P.Geo., is the Qualified Person for Orko Silver Corp. and takes responsibility for the technical disclosure in this news release.

Silver-equivalent for the purposes of this drilling program is defined as silver grade plus 60 times gold grade. This 60:1 ratio was determined from the ten-year average of gold and silver prices from the London Metal Exchange. Metallurgical recoveries and net smelter returns are assumed to be 100% for the silver-equivalent value. Base metal values are not included in the silver-equivalent.
