	Gary Cope Position: President, CEO and Director Gary Cope has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance and corporate strategy, as well as significant experience with the financing of publicly-held companies. Mr. Cope arranged the financing and was instrumental in the negotiations and sale of the South Kemess Deposit. Also President of Orex Minerals Inc.

	Mike Devji Position: Executive Vice President and Director Also President & CEO of Blackcomb Minerals Inc. An experienced financier of public companies, Mr. Devji led a group of investors who financed a 40% interest in the South Kemess Gold-Copper Deposit in British Columbia, Canada. That interest was subsequently sold for over $400 Million.

	George Cavey, P.Geo. Position: Vice-President Exploration and Director 35 years in exploration and consulting as the president of OreQuest Consultants, through which he has supervised exploration projects throughout North, South, and Central America and West Africa since 1982. The 2004 recipient of the C.J. Westerman Award-APEGBC's highest honor for a Professional Geoscientist. He is past President of the Canadian Council of Professional Geoscientists, and also the receipient of the 2010 Canadian Professional Geoscientist Award. Recently re-appointed to serve on the Canadian Securities Administrators Mining Technical Advisory and Monitoring Committee as a representative of small mining companies due to his extensive technical expertise and knowledge of NI 43-101 and other regulatory mining policies.

	B. H. (Ben) Whiting, M.Sc., P.Geo. Position: Chief Geologist 30 years of experience in international exploration and mining, and also was an adjunct Professor at Queen's University. Mr. Whiting is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC). He is also a recipient of the Economic Geology Award from the Aaro Aho Foundation.

	Art Freeze, P.Geo. Position: Consulting Geologist, Advisory Board Member 40 years of experience in international exploration and project management. Has held consulting, supervising and managing positions with several mining companies including: Cominco Ltd., Pasminco Exploration, Echo Bay Mines and Pan American Silver Corp. He is President of Stillwater Enterprises Ltd. and was the primary Consulting Geologist for Goldcorp Inc. until June 2007.
