Gary Cope, President of Orko, adds, "We are encouraged and excited that Hole BP05-28 intersected four vein structures and contains the best intercepts drilled to date on La Preciosa. Of significance is that Hole BP05-28 was collared 200 metres south of the furthest southern hole used to calculate our Initial Inferred Resource Estimate announced January 19th, 2006. It has successfully proven that significant mineralization is found south of the Transversal Fault, an east-west striking, south dipping normal fault, which marks the boundary between the Mina La Preciosa area and Zona Sur. The results add to our confidence that further extensions to the south should prove fruitful. Drilling continues at La Preciosa using two diamond drill rigs and we are eagerly anticipating further results from the ongoing 10,000 metre program."

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program

The Company maintains a detailed QA/QC program under the supervision of Ben Whiting, P.Geo. Samples from the drill program were sent to SGS Mineral Services prep lab in Durango, with the pulps then sent to SGS Mineral Services, an accredited laboratory in Toronto, Canada. All samples have been analyzed by 40 element Inductively-Coupled Plasma (ICP) analyses, with gold determined by Fire Assay (FA) and silver determined by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS). Coarse sample rejects were then collected from SGS in Durango and returned to the project site to be available for future testing. A detailed QA/QC program has been implemented since the beginning of the 2005 drilling, with control standards and blanks being inserted every 10th sample submitted, as well as duplicate analyses.

About La Preciosa

La Preciosa is an epithermal vein hosted silver-gold deposit located on the eastern side of the Sierra Madre Occidental Mountains of north-central Mexico. An independently verified Initial Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate (released January 19, 2006) concluded, based on work completed, that the property contains an Inferred Resource of 2.72 million tonnes grading 0.463 grams of gold per tonne (g/t) and 227.2 grams of silver per tonne (g/t) for a silver-equivalent grade of 255.0 g/t. Contained metal in the Inferred Resource equals 19.9 million ounces of silver and 40,400 ounces of gold for a sliver-equivalent of 22.3 million ounces of silver using a 60 to 1 silver/gold ratio with no provisions for relative anticipated recovery rates.

Less than 20% of the initial target has been drilled along strike and only to a depth of 300 metres. The deposit remains open to the North and South and to depth.
